Tour Itinerary

- Airport pick up by 12 noon
- Road trip to Shillong, Meghalaya (approx 4 hours)
- Visit Purva Tirupati Sri Balaji Temple & Barapani Lake (Umiam) on the way to Shilling
- Halt for lunch on the way
- Reach Shillong and explore local sight-seeing places like (visiting hours- 10:AM to 5PM):
• Don Bosco Museum (Sky walk)
• Catholic Church
- Property Check-In & freshen up
- Gather for our Chindi-style welcome shots to start the night right

- Drive to Laitlum Canyon Village, one of the most amazing and picturesque off-beat destinations, perched atop
the east Khasi hills of Shillong which in literal sense means “the end of hills or the end of the world
- Day Highlights:
• Explore Laitlum – (Beginner level hiking activities)
• Visit Krang Shuri Waterfall, Jowai – Take a full body dip if you wish to or just dip your feet while looking
at the majestic views of the waterfall (you are advised to keep a change of clothes with you)
- Have lunch on your way to the famous Dawki Village
- Enjoy river side camping in Shnongpdeng: Check in and freshen up
- Feast on full course meal sitting by the side of the river with light music & good conversations

- Another road trip to Cherapunjee, the wettest place on earth, starts from here in the second half of the day
- Explore Mawsymai Caves, Nohkalikai falls & Seven Sister Waterfall- the most famous sight-seeing destinations in Cherapunjee
- Property check-in & freshen up by late evening

- Start your day early after having breakfast at the property
- Treat the adventure junkie in you with some trekking activities as you visit the very famous Double Decker Living Root Bridge & Rainbow waterfall – Nongriat. You’ll be accompanied by a professional local guide throughout the trekking duration (about 5-6 hours)
- Take a dip in the secret lagoon & give your body some relaxing time that it needs after the long trek (you are advised to keep a change of clothes with you)
- Drive back to the property by late evening & relax
- Dinner & overnight stay

- Visit the most beautiful & lesser-known waterfalls of Cherapunjee (you are advised to keep a change of clothes with you in case you wish to take a dip):

Frequently Asked Questions

The Meghalaya government has made RT-PCR testing at entry points mandatory for those visiting the state if Page 4 of 5 they have not been fully vaccinated or are not in possession of an RT-PCR negative report issued by a recognised laboratory 72 hours before their arrival at the entry point.

No Refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations.
However, the traveller has to bear cancellation cost as per the below schedule;
25% of the trip cost: If cancellations are made 16 days or more before the start date of the trip
50% of the trip cost: If cancellations are made between 8 to 15 days before the start date of the trip
100% of the trip cost: If cancellations are made within 7 days before the start date of the trip
All applicable cancellation refunds will be made within 48 hours of raising such requests
FYI, we never call off any of our trips but in the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government
restrictions, if we must cancel a trip then full trip money will be refunded to the traveller within 48 hours of
any such cancellations
However, while on the trip if any adventure activity gets cancelled because of natural calamities like
thunderstorms, floods, landslides, earthquakes etc or because of unexpected local/govt unrest, curfews,
strikes, govt orders etc then in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide the next best alternative.
However, no refund will be provided for the same.
